Are You Petrified?

Remain mobil and flexible, confront your fears in a safe, goal-oriented fashion. Read and meditate, think logically, and take care of yourself.

Self-determination is just one mental road-block up ahead, so unlock the joints -- scan the debris, and sort out the clutter.

Seek "calming" techniques from self-help books, from trusted friends, and from reliable mentors.

Be elastic. Do not snap. Find a "mental" head-cushion to rest your fears on.
