The word "romantic" (as it is commonly understood) does not apply to your Number One.
This may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
Your lover does not want to appear "mushy."
He (or she) wants only the steak -- not the trimmings.
He (or she) is just plain lazy.
He (or she) doesn't go for all that romantic "jazz."
You have grown too "comfortable" with each other.
He (or she) doesn't like you.
Unless it's the last reason -- or you're unhappy with the situation -- not to worry. Many couples find mutual pleasure in eye-blinking contests or making faces at each other.
